This self-therapy CBT pattern-breaking card deck is a digital download "brain game" that gives you instant access to 160 prompts (cards you can cut out or use on your phone) built for when you're stuck in the same BS loop.


Created by a clinical hypnotherapist turned Neuropsychology coach (and teacher) with 20+ years of experience and a GenX/twisted sense of humor (so I GET how your brain works),

this mental health aid walks you through identifying the patterns you can't see on your own, what's been keeping them in place, and how to interrupt the loop.


These cbt therapy exercises work as daily brain training that builds awareness and are GREAT for teens (if ya don't mind a lil' swearing)


You are not choosing what to work on, just FYI. That decision is removed entirely so you can just go with the flow and see what comes up. You'll pull one card from each deck - one prompt and one action, and see where it takes you.


How It Works -this system uses two separate decks:

- A Prompt Deck with 160 questions across six emotional areas: avoidance, identity, self-sabotage, fear, accountability, and future self

- An Activity Deck with 25 structured ways to respond: writing, speaking, mapping, movement, reflection, and more

- Both pulls are random. This removes your brain’s tendency to avoid discomfort and default to familiar patterns.


Why It Works: When a meaningful prompt is paired with a physical or structured response, your brain forms a stronger memory trace than thinking alone.


This combination:

- increases awareness

- interrupts automatic patterns

- reinforces new responses through action
