Coaching Services

My coaching sessions and products are for people whose nervous systems and thoughts

feel like they've gone batshit crazy.

 

My brain is obsessed with, and all of my years of study have been in neuroscience, clinical hypnotherapy, mind-body connection, behavioral psychology, and why humans do the

exact opposite of what they want to do or logically know they should do.

 

I grew frustrated with the lack of effectiveness of the tools out there, so I turned my

obsession into systems that work under the surface of your awareness and reactions,

so change happens without having to fight against yourself. 

 

I'm real in our sessions and hope you are too. I swear. I use dark humor. I don't do

motivation culture or toxic positivity.

Is this therapy?

Absolutely not. I'm not a therapist nor should you use this as therapy. I’m your pattern disruptor. If you’re in crisis or need clinical mental health care, therapy is the right place. If you’re stuck, sabotaging, or emotionally fried, that’s where I come in.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's actually a lot easier because you're not fighting what you think you "should" do. It gives you a clean slate to start with. We just start where you are. It'll become clear pretty quickly once we get your head outta' the way.

Can I work on my kid’s stuff if I’m the parent?

Yes. We work on your nervous system, reactions, and tools. You’ll leave every session with better capacity and techniques to parent a complex kid (and keep your own sanity). Look at it this way, you've got a LOT of stress and it's kinda hard to see straight when your head (and heart) are going in so many different directions. If you can learn how to quiet that, it's a LOT easier to follow the tools to move forward.

How does this all work? 

It works however your mind (or your family/child) need it to. What I mean by that is - everyone is different and every mind needs a different style or set of tools to get where you want to go. We will figure that all out together and then you get to decide what tools you want to use and we go forward from there. I have tons (and TONS) of additional support for you along the way. You'll never leave a session wondering if you did enough or need to do more. The process is VERY clear and directed.
