way anger or frustration is showing up is impacting more than just the inside of your

head. Maybe you just wanna get your head straight before you get out. Whatever it

Look, the shit you've got going on above your shoulders isn't something any human

should have to experience at any level. Ever. And you're living it at high intensity cuz'

your brain is stuck in survival mode. That mode was really helpful when you were

in bootcamp. It helped you survive if you were deployed. It mighta' gotten you out

of some super-shitty situations, or when your CO found out about your little off-

base escapades last night. But it's not helpful when you're just trying to get

through the day or during family time.

 

You're here because the issue you're dealing with is a result of patterns that

your brain created (without you knowing). And, it's now SO used to being in

survival mode, it seems totally normal. For some people, just attempting to 

relax can bring anxiety because their brain thinks they're still supposed to

be looking for insurgents or that sneaky NCO who always shows up at the

wrong times. Well, it's not. ​​

Is this therapy?

Absolutely not. I'm not a therapist nor should you use this as therapy. I’m your pattern disruptor. If you’re in crisis or need clinical mental health care, therapy is the right place. If you’re stuck, sabotaging, or emotionally fried, that’s where I come in.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's actually a lot easier because you're not fighting what you think you "should" do. It gives you a clean slate to start with. We just start where you are. It'll become clear pretty quickly once we get your head outta' the way.

Can I work on my kid’s stuff if I’m the parent?

Yes. We work on your nervous system, reactions, and tools. You’ll leave every session with better capacity and techniques to parent a complex kid (and keep your own sanity). Look at it this way, you've got a LOT of stress and it's kinda hard to see straight when your head (and heart) are going in so many different directions. If you can learn how to quiet that, it's a LOT easier to follow the tools to move forward.

How does this all work? 

It works however your mind (or your family/child) need it to. What I mean by that is - everyone is different and every mind needs a different style or set of tools to get where you want to go. We will figure that all out together and then you get to decide what tools you want to use and we go forward from there. I have tons (and TONS) of additional support for you along the way. You'll never leave a session wondering if you did enough or need to do more. The process is VERY clear and directed.
